a license to sell wine or other alcoholic beverages but

- No Smoking allowed inside
Jackson House but you may smoke outside.
- An extra cleaning fee of
$150.00 will be charged for anyone smoking in the house.
- A
two-night minimum is required for some or all rooms for
some holidays, certain weekends, and special events, such as March Wine Weekends
and many popular summer and fall weekends. However, if you
want a one-night weekend stay please call and check
availability as we will release available rooms for
one-night stays within a week ahead of your reservation
date.

Pet-friendly, our Bordello and Cottage Suites can accommodate
your well-behaved dog; he/she must be crated if left
unattended in the room and there is a $20.00 extra charge for pets.
Deposit and
Cancellation Policy:
Because of our size and location, cancellations affect us
significantly. A postponement to a later date has the same
affect on us as a cancellation-- lost opportunity and
revenue, since the room was held for you and thus not
available to others; therefore, we adhere to a strict
cancellation policy.
Cancellations made fourteen days or more in advance of your
arrival date will not be charged. Cancellations made less than
fourteen days before the arrival will be charged the rate for one
night. For
holidays, groups, special events or packages, the cancellation
requirement is 30 days prior to arrival date to avoid a full
rate charge.
